The Screening Tool uses minimal building-specific information to quickly assess the decarbonization readiness of either single or multiple assets. It then ranks the potential GHG reduction impact and urgency.

Once you have your priority decarbonization opportunities identified, you can tap into the Purpose Retrofit Accelerator Funding to assess individual assets or implement decarbonization projects.
