Purpose Building developed a sustainability and resiliency strategy for a 520-acre site that will be developed over the next 20 years to house 140,000 residents and employees. The framework included guiding principles, metrics and targets to support the long-term vision and management process for pursuing sustainability within the community.

Purpose is working with a team lead by Brook Mcllroy to provide the University with an updated Campus Master Plan to guide decision-making through the next decade. Building on the University's existing sustainability strategy, decision-making framework, and carbon neutral by 2050 target, we will recommend tactics and an implementation plan that address the stewardship of the built and natural environments on campus.
