Purpose is collaborating with REALpac to create guide for policy makers that provides real estate industry expectations and preferences for the future development of Standards in Canada. We will synthesize existing resources on this topic from Canada, the US and Australia, lead a process to define principles for REALpac's guide that build on these, and then develop content for the guide that REALpac will publish.

Purpose Building was engaged by BOMA Canada to update the BOMA BEST Sustainable Buildings Best Practices and Questionnaire for multi-unit residential buildings. We updated program requirements and reference standards to reflect the current best practices in the market and maintain BOMA BEST as a leading platform for assessing sustainable building management and performance.
