Purpose Building is excited to be a part of the great team delivering the LeBreton Flats Library Parcel development. As the sustainability lead, Purpose Building is implementing the One Planet Living framework to organize the project's sustainability vision with cohesion and excellence.

Within this framework, the project has a wide range of certification targets: Zero Carbon Building - Design Certification and Zero Carbon Building - Performance Certification; LEED Neighbourhood Development - Gold certification; LEED BD+C New Construction - Gold Certification.
