Leadership transition
As part of Purpose Building’s planned leadership transition, we are pleased to announce that Luka Matutinovic has assumed the role of President, and Doug Webber has joined Peter Halsall as co-Chair.
As a co-founder of Purpose, Luka has been part of the evolution of the company since 2018. He has worked across the technical and operational aspects of the business and has been mentored by Doug and Peter over the last 18 months in preparation for assuming the President role. As President, he will guide the leadership group who manage the business to deliver on the Charter and company business plan. He will continue to be actively involved in building and sustaining client relationships, helping the team develop market leading solutions and being the project principal on a variety of projects.
Doug will now focus more of his time on identifying new pathways for achieving market acceleration and leading the development of new practices, as well as continuing to nurture partnerships and mentor team members. Peter continues to focus on strategic guidance to help the team deliver on the Charter, including new opportunities development and operational and communications excellence.
We are excited by this new chapter for the company as we help clients navigate the choppy seas to delivering buildings that deliver the best value today and for the future.
